Palm Beach’s single-family home sales topped $2.1 billion in 2025, marking only the third time on record the market has surpassed the $2 billion mark, according to a report from Frisbie Real Estate.
Sales surged in the fourth quarter, with significantly more single-family homes sold compared to the same period in 2024. Condo and co-op sales also increased year over year.
The median price for single-family homes jumped 37% in the fourth quarter, driven largely by a sharp rise in sales above $15 million.
Overall, Palm Beach’s real estate market maintained strong momentum through the end of 2025, supported by lower mortgage rates and strong financial markets that encouraged more high-end buyers to close deals.
